Adding Docker and AI (LM Studio) to the mix

I had a lot of fun making this video, I don't think people realize the potential of a machine running Windows 11, using it as a server, serving files to your home users, videos, audio, photos, and now with the addition of Docker running under a Windows HyperV Linux machine allowing you to run docker images and add further functionality to the server. In a future episode we will cover how to install Docker under WSL instead of Hyperv.
